Bathroom vanity wholesale programs stall when RFQs omit the details factories need to quote finishes, hardware, and packing. Use this checklist before you email an OEM so every supplier responds on the same scope.
1. Assortment skeleton
List widths first (for example 24 / 30 / 36 / 48 / 60), then mounting style: wall-hung, freestanding, compact, or wooden pedestal. Mark which SKUs are “showroom heroes” vs “project fillers.” A width matrix for multi-family is covered separately in our vanity width matrix guide.
2. Finish and hardware locks
- Cabinet material / moisture rating expectations
- Finish codes and approved substitutes
- Soft-close hardware brand tier (or factory equivalent)
- Basin type (integrated, drop-in, or sourced separately)
- Handle / faucet drilling notes if private-label plumbing is in scope
For reorder color control, pair this RFQ with color and finish control for vanity OEM reorders.
3. Private-label and carton requirements
If you need private label sanitary ware packaging, attach logo files, barcode rules, and language for carton marks. Ask whether toilets and vanities can share a container without crushing soft cartons—see container loading photo guidance.
4. Commercial fields every RFQ should include
- Destination port / warehouse and Incoterm preference
- MOQ by SKU family and sample policy
- Target ex-works or FOB band (range is fine on first pass)
- Lead time for sample vs mass production
- QC photo set required before ship
- Whether mix-load with toilets is planned
5. Attach links, not vague product names
Point factories to specific ranges on your shortlist—wall-hung, freestanding, compact, or pedestal—using live product URLs from the Bijoubi product index. Vague names like “modern vanity” create mismatched quotes.
